Welcome

These rules have been put in place for the enjoyment of the community. This is an RP-first server; RP takes priority over PVP. If you do not like the rules, then this may not be the place for you.

YOU MUST HAVE DISCORD AND YOU MUST JOIN OUR DISCORD SERVER WITHIN 1 WEEK OR BE BANNED UNTIL YOU DO.

⚔️ Rule One: Roleplay

  • Your in-game name must be different than your PSN name/id. It must match your Discord character sheet name.
  • RP as much as possible during all activities including combat and daily interactions.
  • RP must be immersive and in-character. No OOC (out of character) insults or references, especially in Discord.
  • Do not engage in RP scenes unless directly included. (Example: Private notes or bird messages are only for the intended recipients.)
  • You must meet someone in-game before trading.
  • Every faction must have a Neutral Embassy Zone and a RP base for events.
  • You must select at least one profession
    • Professions (Max 2 Per Character):
      • Sorcerer/Sorceress/Wizard/Warlock: Masters of the magic arts.
      • Armorer: Creates and sells Armor
      • Blacksmith: Creates and sells Weapons and Tools.
      • Carpenter: Creates and sells Furniture and Decorations.
      • Trader: Buys and sells different items and travels around the server to towns to sell their wares. (Beware of thieves/bandits.)
      • Mason: Makes and sells Bricks.
      • Metal Worker: Sells metal bars and ores.
      • Hunter: Hunts and/or kills animals Selling all animals and animal parts to other players.
      • Farmer: Collects/Harvests materials found in the lands. Not animals.
      • Slaver: Captures and sells Human Resources (Thralls).
      • Assassin: Get contracts to assassinate other players from players.
      • Diplomat: Help facilitate deals between clans or servers as an ambassador.
      • Thief/Bandit: Steals from players and caravans (Traders).
      • Bounty Hunter: Collects bounties for completing the instructions of a posted bounty. More will be added as they become needed or you think of one that isn’t here and use it.

🛰️ Rule Two: Raiding

  • Allowed from Friday 6:00 AM EST to Sunday 11:59 PM EST.
  • No base wiping, no trebuchets, no offline raiding.
  • Raids must be RP-justified.
  • Pulling/killing thralls = considered a raid.
  • After raiding, no repeat raid on the same clan for 1 week.
  • If defenders log off, raiders have 15 mins to retreat.
  • Offline raids = Ban.

🏛️ Rule Three: Building in Kingdoms

  • Rulers of territories handle disputes/building permissions.
  • Regional laws must not override server rules.
  • Nooboria is a neutral kingdom and must remain peaceful.

💳 Rule Four: Stealing

  • If you leave your stuff unprotected, it can be stolen.
  • You must RP any stealing.
  • You cannot steal from anyone or any items from any clan or Kingdoms in any neutral zone.
  • Stealing from Admin areas = Instant Ban.

🔥 Rule Five: No Grieving

  • Repeated targeting is not allowed.
  • PVP is always on, but don’t harass.
  • Punishment: Imprisonment (5 days) or Ban.

🎖️ Rule Six: Kingdoms

  • You build it, you protect it.
  • Land disputes must be RPed.
  • Victory allows surrender terms or eviction.
  • PVP zones like Volcano, Sepermeru, etc. are not claimable.
  • Builds in Bazaar near Sinkhole = max size 4×4.

🌎 Rule Seven: Points of Interest (POIs)

  • Do not block or build on POIs.
  • Keep thralls, pets, and builds away from important locations.

💥 Rule Eight: War

  • Must be RP justified.
  • War > Raid; base wiping allowed.
  • Must declare publicly with @mention and wait 24 hours.
  • Wars last max 1 week. Admins resolve unresolved wars.
  • Permadeath only if agreed upon by both sides.
  • Offline raiding is allowed during war only.

🌟 Rule Nine: PVE & PVP Clans

  • PvE (Red): No raiding, war, stealing. Max 3 members. Cannot claim kingdoms (except Nooboria).
  • PvP (Green): Full access to all RP, war, and PVP systems.
  • Declaration channel required.

🌿 Rule Ten: Land Claims

  • 1 member needed to claim a kingdom.
  • Clan size max: 15.
  • Territories must be adjacent.
  • Weekly clan roster required.
  • AFK >15 days = loss of land.

🏠 Rule Eleven: Admin Builds

  • Do not interact with Admin builds unless given permission.
  • Breaking this = Instant Ban.

🚧 Rule Twelve: Base Location Privacy

  • Only you and those you’ve told know others’ base locations.
  • Sharing without permission = Severe punishment.

👥 Rule Thirteen: Voice Chat

  • Optional, but must be supplemented with text RP.

🤝 Rule Fourteen: Admins & Owner

  • Admins are listed in #server-announcements.
  • Do NOT DM Admins or the Owner (Herb). Use #support.
  • Admin word is final. Disrespect = punishment.

☮️ Rule Fifteen: Avatars & Obelisks

  • Avatars allowed only during war.
  • Obelisk camping = Instant Ban.

💰 Rule Sixteen: Admin Store

  • No admin store.
  • Currency = Gold, Silver, Obolus (1 Obolus = 100 Gold).

🏫 Rule Seventeen: Foundations

  • Use foundations only for flooring and gates.
  • No foundation spam. Fence foundations preferred.

🤜 Rule Eighteen: Boss Engagements

  • No killing players fighting 3-skull bosses.
  • No camping 3-skull bosses.

👑 Rule Nineteen: Subjugation/Vassalage

  • Oppressors must build an outpost within 48h.
  • Revolt possible after 48h with proper RP.

⛔️ Rule Twenty: Loopholes

  • Exploiting rule gaps = same as breaking rules.

🚫 Rule Twenty-One: Respect

  • No harassment, name-calling, or instigation.
  • DMs outside server = not server jurisdiction.

🔔 Rule Twenty-Two: Pings

  • Only Admins use @everyone/@here.
  • Ping Admins once only. Members: once or twice max.

📍 Player Activity

  • Logging in just to feed thralls = inactivity.
  • No password.
  • Admins run events; players should too.
