📜 1. Respect the RP World

• Always stay in character when posting in RP-designated forums.

• Do not post OOC (Out-of-Character) content in RP threads unless clearly marked (e.g., (OOC): Just a quick note…).

• Respect the lore, structure, and tone of the server. No modern slang or references in-character.

💬 2. Be Respectful OOC

• No hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks.

• Debate in a civil and constructive manner.

• If you have a problem with a user or post, report it—don’t fight in the thread.

🛠️ 3. Use the Correct Forum Sections

• Questions, Bug Reports, or Suggestions go in the Support or Feedback section.

🧹 4. No Spamming or Off-Topic Posts

• Avoid double-posting or bumping your own threads excessively.

• Don’t derail threads with unrelated discussions.

• No advertisements unless approved by an admin.

🕵️ 5. No Meta-Gaming or Power-Gaming

• Do not use information learned OOC in RP unless your character would reasonably know it.

• Do not control other people’s characters or declare the outcome of interactions without consent.

📌 6. Tag and Title Appropriately

• Use clear titles like: [RP] The Black Rose Treaty or [TRADE] Iron Bars for Sale.

• Use appropriate prefixes for content warnings if necessary (e.g., [Violence], [Dark RP]).

🔐 7. Forum Accounts Must Match In-Game Identity

• Your forum display name or signature must include your in-game character’s name and kingdom/clan.

• Alternate accounts are discouraged and may be removed unless registered for a valid RP purpose.

🚨 8. Admins Have Final Say

• Follow moderator directions. Repeated rule violations may lead to warnings, mutes, or bans.

• Do not argue moderator actions publicly—use private messages or the support channel if needed.

• Posting false information about server rules or admins will result in disciplinary action.

• Threads that go inactive for over 30 days may be archived.

• Keep your kingdom threads, character logs, and bounty boards up to date.
